Participation in the Worship & Praise Team is by selection only. The primary function of this ministry is to lead under the guidance of the Holy Spirit the congregation into true worship. John 4:24 says, “God is a Spirit and they that worship him must worship Him in spirit and in truth.” Ministering is not to draw attention to themselves; rather, it is to selflessly usher the congregation into worship. An attitude of humility is essential. Praise Teams sing hymns, traditional and contemporary gospel songs.The Worship & Praise Team ministers each 1st, 2nd and 4th Sunday at the North and South Campuses and 3rd and 5th Sundays at the North Campus only. On 3rd Sunday the Deacons and 5th Sundays the Women Missionary lead devotion at the South Campus.
